No phone number, no address. Both stay anonymous until the keys are back.
You settle the reward directly between you. Bee-ID is not involved in the payment.
Preview, still being planned: the owner promises the reward in the chat and only pays once they really have the item back. The payout runs via Stripe.
If a meetup doesn’t work out, the owner sends the finder a prepaid return label. Step 4 shows how it works.

With HIVE-PASS, the owner sends the finder a prepaid return label right in the chat. The finder only has to drop off the parcel.

FinderThe owner has sent you a return label
The postage is paid. You do not need to enter anything: Bee-ID appears as the sender on the label. All you see on it is the delivery address the owner has given.

The finder does not enter an address. The parcel shows Bee-ID, so the owner does not see who sent it.

Recipient: the owner
Without a recipient, no parcel arrives. So only with a return label does the finder see an address of the owner, and it can also be a DHL Packstation or post office. Without a return label, both stay anonymous.

Drop-off in Germany
The DHL label is only valid for drop-off in Germany – at a branch, a parcel shop or a Packstation. It can be delivered within Germany or to another EU country.
Until the finder creates the label, the owner can cancel at any time and gets the full amount back.
